It is a problem especially when you live alone like me. Hard to cook for just one person and between games and preparing I often just opt to get take out or delivery of fast food joints.

Also been playing games most of the time so not able to run like I used to.

Hoping to be able to kick-start the habit again though.

Yeah getting busy is a problem which for me is right now, but when I finish my studies I plan to go walking a heap. The other problem is if you aren't used to what to get that is healthier and fills you up enough, then it is hard to choose what to buy and you get what suits you.

Well worth attempting to better your habits though if it is a goal. :)

Just introduce a cheat day into your diet. For motivation, find a good training buddy and keep track of your progress (make pictures). Good article. Keep it up.

Thanks and when I do eat something bad like chips, I do try limit how much I eat in one sitting. My partner wants to exercise after exams so I will have a walking buddy. Thank you for stopping by.
