Blog-Life update
Hy guys! Hope your weekend was fantastic.
So lately you may have noticed that I haven't been writing too often. There are two reasons behind it.
The first is that life has been boring the past few weeks, I've also struggled finding inspiration for new poetry or stories.
and two, I decided on making a few changes regarding my health and started working out last week. Just dancing around my house like a crazy person to get the heart pumping.
Yesterday Mr goldencookie and myself actually joined a gym. Have any of you noticed how expensive gyms and gym gear is? Or is that just me? Anyway. At the gym I decided that I was going to get on the scale... What a surprise!
Guys I lost 3kgs or 6lbs in one week. Either that scale was broken and lying or looking at pizza no longer makes me fat lol. Lol, but on a serious note, my goal is to become fit first, loosing weight is only a bonus.
Hopefully I will have inspiration enough for a few tidbits here and there this week.

Thanks! I both love and hate working out. The goal is to be fit enough that if I'm chased by a scary something I can run away long enough to have them give up first #motivation

Yes, sometimes we can lose motivation but the important thing is, for some moment we have to leave our work and should go outside in the nature and have to admire and explore the actions of nature, and taking deep breathe in nature will help you to release the negativity and will help you in the boosting of spirit. And in my opinion you have rightly chosen to dance, yes dance can heal you. 🙂

In my opinion the true dance is not for judgement because that give us happiness and it heal us from negativity. 🙂
