How does someone increase their Voting Power?
Why does someone with far less STEEM have more voting power than someone with much more STEEM?
What determines "Voting Power"?
How does someone increase their Voting Power if not by owning more STEEM?

It's not about how much STEEM you have but how much Steem Power (SP).
So the more SP that you have the more influence you have to reward content as well as earning more curation rewards.
STEEM is just the cryptocurrency token to trade with really.
Steem Power is your influence on Steemit which will also earn you interest each year, so the more you have the better.
Steem Backed Dollar (SBD) is the money that you can use to buy STEEM or used in a marketplace to buy goods.
