F.Lux for better sleep
I challenge anyone of you to say not to spend more than 2-3 hours in front of the computer screen every day .. and I would say that 2 hours are the minimum..
I took some time to realize it, but I've always noticed that I have trouble sleeping or bothering my eyes.
Going about 10 hours a day in front of the PC screen, without counting the smartphone screen, I started searching and I found that the blue screen light is causing problems.
I thought I would need some physical filter, but then I found that you can fix the problem by simply installing some applications: I chose F.Lux, which seemed to me the simplest.
F.Lux
You download with a click from THIS site and just install it!
DONE Exactly, you do not have to do anything else, do you expect to set some settings or have difficulties? Not with F.lux.
Once launched, it hides in the bottom corner, not consuming virtually any computer resource, and a certain time (sunset)it is starting to do its job. (you can change the time you're going to sleep)
Soon it begins to decrease the color of the screen and gradually remove blue color.
At first it will be very strange, because you will see instead of white a color more towards the pink / orange very strange like this ..
But I assure you that after a while you will not even notice it, and you will certainly have less fatigued and much rested eyes!
