Digital Philanthropy - Saint's Share

I was wanting to create a User Issued Asset on BitShares the other day and I am short about 300bts. The idea of it is that it would be something along the lines of a "Saint's Share" buy them from people that are in need. Give them to other people in need to sell again. Consider it a gift that will keep on giving once circulation starts.

I played around with the Creation Tool and it seems simple enough. I pegged it originally to 1/2BTS. But am considering it 1:1 now.

Anyone want to donate some steem, sbd, or bitshares for me to make this happen?
