NAIROBI, Kenya.
With the general election only a week away things are getting heated up. An official in the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) was found dead in Mguga Forest, Kikuyu and his body taken to the City Mortuary in Nairobi.It appears that he may have been tortured before being killed. Prior to his death Chris Musando was the ICT manager at the IEBC. No official as of yet knows the circumstance of his murder but its worth noting that the motive may be to destabilize a nation by harming the credibility of the elections body and the elections to a larger extent.
