Bee Tokens Sale Metrics

We wanted to share all of our metrics here in response to Frequently Asked Questions for everyone to have for a clear reference.

Basic Information:

• The overall number of BEE Tokens will be 500 million.
• Our overall Hardcap of our Token Offering, including Presales is $15M USD. The number of tokens we are offering to the public is 150 million, which amounts to 30% of the total amount of BEE Tokens.

Token Distribution:
Advisors and Team

• 15% of the tokens will be locked up for our Advisors and our Team, and they are to be locked up on a 2 year vesting schedule, after a 6 month cliff the team will receive ¼ of their allocation, and then every month thereafter receive 1/24th of their allocation until the 2 years is up.

Community Allocation

• We also have 30% for our community allocation, which is meant for referrals, airdrops, incentives, marketing initiatives.

Company Reserve

• We have also allocated 25% as a company reserve.

ETH Fluctuations:

• Our token price is going to be locked into a USD price which should be equivalent to 14 cents USD. Two hours before either our token offering ICO/or Presale, we will lock the price of Ether in and you will receive however many 14 cents tokens go into the price of 1 ether.

Bonuses:

• We have offered bonuses in both or private presale and our public presale:
• The Bonuses in our private presale were from 60%-100%
• The Bonuses for our public presale will be 30%
• There are no bonuses in our main public ICO.
• All bonuses will be locked for 1 month following ICO.

Token Allocations:

• Min and max contribution for the public presale are 50 ETH and max is still TBD.
• Min and max contribution for the main token generation event will be finalized before the TGE which begins on January 31st at 12 PM PST. Initial range estimates are .1 ETH min and 20 ETH max contribution.
• WHITELIST APPLICATIONS FOR ICO WILL BE ANNOUNCED IN MID JANUARY

Geographies:

• For our public presale the following countries/territories are excluded aside from accredited investors: Taiwan/Hong Kong/New York State)

• No one from China can do ICOs or presales as far as we know, because China is still banned from ICOs
