Okay, I was in the health store again yesterday and spotted this on the shelf. I understand the need for nipple cream if you’re a breast feeding mother, but why is it necessary to have a tester jar out for anyone to use? Doesn’t that seem just a tiny bit unsanitary? I mean I guess people aren’t actually testing it on their nipples but still...

Besides the nipple cream, I was at the health store to stock up on a few supplies, and I also got a small bottle of cypress essential oil. I’ve been using it on my skin and it’s been pretty nice, plus it smells amazing! I’ve never been big on essential oils, because a lot of the “benefits” that people talk about seem bogus, but I have always appreciated the nice smells. I’m kind of tempted to go back and get some more nice smelling ones and maybe use them to make some cream or spray with...

I also stopped by Walmart to pick up some more insulin, and that was a nice in and out ordeal. I really don’t like to go to Walmart usually because it can be crowded and depressing. But the $25 insulin can’t be beat anywhere else and I need it to live, so Walmart it is!

That evening, we went to this nearby bar and grill and I got this exceptional steak salad. It was so good! It had a lot of meat too, both steak and bacon! The onion and bell pepper added a nice sweetness, and the blue cheese crumbles helped round out the flavor as well. It was a very fresh, well balanced salad that I put Caesar and spicy southwestern dressing on to really make my mouth happy 😊!
