A Day in my Life... #ulog 47
Spring rains are bringing out the beautiful blooms already. This Camelia bush was really loaded with flowers and was really nice to see. I love Camelias because they are so big, colorful and showy.
Last night we went out to eat for Valentine's Day. It was a bar so it was a big splurge on some tasty unhealthy food hehehehe 🤣
I ordered these nachos with zero expectation they would be so big! When they brought them to the table they were in a can, and then they lifted it off and this huge stack came pouring out underneath!
They were so good and I dug right in with my hands. It came with a fork but I didn't mind getting my hand dirty 😝
Onion rings were also ordered to the table. I love onion rings but the nachos were so good I filled up on them and only ate a couple onion rings 😂
I ended up boxing up the onion rings and the half of the nachos left over that I couldn't finish.
There was also this bowl of Mac and cheese, which was very spicy! I could only handle a small mouthful especially after eating all the other greasy food.
I spotted this whole working today which was a bit amusing. The chain doesn't seem to really do much in the way of securing the door, but after I knocked the chain started rattling around and clanking before the door opened. The lady that lived there had three security cameras inside all pointed at the front door, but they weren't connected to anything and you could only see them from inside. I guess all these useless security measures were only for her own benefit.
My last stop of the day I was able to visit with these two beautiful Dobermans. They're extremely friendly and well behaved and they're always so happy to see me! The female is especially attentive to me; first I told her to sit but the male wasn't around so I told her to go get him and she did 🤣
It was still wet on my drive home and the sun was setting, brightly reflecting off everything right into my eyes blinding me. As soon as I got to the next turn though I was back in the dark clouds of the storm. It's supposed to rain for the rest of the weekend and I'm thrilled.
