Desire and satisfaction
Desire and satisfaction
connected they sure are
the animals want food when hungry
they do not eat when sick
man gorges on food
even when full
no matter if he has food on his plate and others don't
delicacies matter a lot to him
paying far above the prize for gourmet food
risking his life to eat the special fish
is the precious gift of life
given just for enjoying taste?
The animal kingdom teaches us a lot
to curb desire
and be satisfied with what we have
