My Actifit Report Card: September 22 2018
Boa noite galerinha!
Hoje foi um dia que esqueci de ativar o actifit várias vezes hehe.
Fui a academia e usei aquele aparelho de subir degraus, subi 100 andares em 26minutos, achei bom até para quem não fazia muitos exercícios há 25 dias.
Amanhã irei no parque passear com minha cachorra.
