Hello community of healthy people who want to Exercise and Earn, Motivate and Be Motivated, and Do It From Anywhere a video can be captured with a little space and light!
IT'S TIME FOR SOME EXERCISES!
Please, in the comment section below post video(s) as a Motivator doing the appropriate exercise (see Eniquette guidelines for basic format) and/or respond with posts/videos as a Motivatee for the community.
For these exercises, there is:
No minimum # of repetitions required
No minimum # of sets required
-unless a Motivator specifically states so in their post.
Please use (and get used to using) the starting/finishing validation/pass phrase as it is a deterrent against those who would not create original video content (Spam).

I did a quick set of curls- just the bar. If you're not up for curling 120lbs at the moment, how about something a little less daunting to get the blood circulating? :D

If ya can't do a lot of pullups, you can do a lot of front pulldowns with lighter-than-bodyweight. Who thinks pullups suck? ha.

I'm playin' a little game of Bball... a little bit of HORSE. Fun times! Wouldn't that be cool if we could get a game of HORSE goin' through the internet? Maybe like the players have 5 minutes to upload a video of them making a certain shot. That'd be SICK! We're going to have to plan that eventually.

The Heavy Punching Bag is one of the more fun exercises, imo. It'll toughen up your hands a little, too. Careful not to tear up your skin!
