Slow shut down of computer?
Computer shutdown after work, but taking time off? Usually computer shutdown is faster. But it can take time to stop it. Data on the RAM in the computer creates new data on the page file and it stays on the hard drive. The result is more time to stop. If it can be cleaned before the shutdown, it will take less time to shut down the computer. To fix this problem, start the Run program from the Start menu. Type regedit.exe here and press enter.
Now go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SYSTEM and go to CurrentControlSet. Click Control from session manager and open Memory Management. Open from the list on the right side, with two clicks on ClearPageFileAtShutdown. If there is 1 in the Value Data area, then delete it and delete it (zero). If it is 0 (zero) then just come out by doing it. Know that the good page file shows computer security issues. So you have to work with understanding. Without doing any other work in this case, clean registry editor with clean-up software can get good results.
