Time To Get Fit 2020

Time to get back to health and fitness. One of my biggest disappointments of 2019 was putting a large amount of the weight I lost back on. I lost close to 100 lbs between October of 2018 and May of 2019. Between May of 2019 and January of 2020 I ended up putting about 70 lbs of that weight back on.

The weight gain is my own fault. Between breaking my diet, continued poor diet choices (fast food) and work combined with lack of exercise, the weight gain was inevitable.

One of my main goals between now and the end of May is to lose as much weight as possible before the warm weather arrives. I'm not really setting a weight loss goal, because I want to experiment a little with different weight loss techniques.

Previously, I lost most of my weight on a Ketogenic diet. The weight came off fast, but it also seemed to return just as quickly. I'd like to try something different this time focusing on exercises and clean eating.

Soooooo.... Here we go again. Current weight 297 lbs. I'd like to lose 60 lbs by May. I'm going to try the first 6 weeks eating healthy with lots of exercise. If I'm not getting the results I want, I'll return to Keto and intermittent fasting because I know I'll get the results. One way or another the weight will come off!
