The naiveté of a budding freelancer at eighteen is scarce, nowhere to be found in the same individual, at twenty one, days before another three hundred sixty – a year in finance, around the sun.

I don’t believe I was cheated, for I leverage my position like I would anything, a token, gathering, earning, staking and powering up. If anything, the opportunity was a blessing, lightning finally smites the rod, conducting megawatts of creative energy, myself as the conduit, the resulting product, a series of images worthy of praise amongst viewers, and even professional use for a homegrown, local brand!

Namely, the issue lies in the overall informality of the affair, as terms, agreement, save for casual texts, my contracted work essentially had no reward. Factors, in a similar vein to this gross robbery, of ownership, rewards, content creation led to a positive solution a certain platform – yet the issue must be corrected.

Content is the sole product of the creator, in an age where plagiarism is simply a screenshot and the absence of a mention. While I dabble in negotiations, I must admit, the corrective pain of being banned is rather unpleasant, something avoided like a puddle in the sidewalk. Here, I must caution, that produces (us) take note of what we offer and receive, in exchange and in return, to consumers, businesses, corporations (them) because they’ll break in the house and steal the walls.
