Contest! The Diary Game – #18

Hi....my friends..... what's going on. I think you all getting well. I also find.I am going to tell you today how I spent today.

Fist of all, I want to tell you today my most happy day.Because today my off day.so I got up 7.30 pm. Today is a rainy day. I wanted to curl up in the cold and sleep, but I got up at 7.30.

I drank a glass of water as soon as I got up.Normally I don't drink tea or coffee after got up.I think it's my good habit.because it's better for our healthy. And I washed my face.After I stared clean my room.I don't have time clean my room in weekdays because of my job.After cleaning my room it was very nice. After cleaning I was so hungry.so I had my breakfast.

Today my mother cooked milk rice with spicy sambal for my breakfast. I love to eat milk rice.Its sounds so good.Do you eat milk rice....??? Plz try it. I'm going to tell you small introduction about milk rice. We as Sinhalese make milk rice on every auspicious occasion in our culture. For example, making milk rice is done on many important occasions in life such as New Year, birthday, wedding, and starting something new. Making milk rice symbolizes prosperity.
After had my breakfast I went to washed my clothes and I showered. After I was thirsty so I drank glass of lime juice. Before drinking it must be add bit of pepper for it.after that it taste good.

Then I helped to mother for preparing lunch. Then lunch time was came.so I had my lunch while watching a film.Today my lunch was red rice, beeyrut curry ,mukunuwenna leaves Mallum with fried dry fish.my favorite one of vegetable is beetruut curry.so, I had lunch today to fill my stomach. Then I watched a film about 1 hour..

By noon, the rain was gone and the sun was shining. So I and my brother went to my aunt's house around 2 o'clock. On the way there were 3 small puppies on the side of the road. Someone had left those 3 puppies there.

I felt sad when I saw those puppies. When we came from my aunt's house, we prepared milk for the three puppies. They drank all milk quickly.

After I came home, my mother was prepared a coffee for us.Yesterday I received a parcel of sweets from my boyfriend's brother.He is a monk.when we went temple yesterday he gave us sweets parcels. So we drank coffee with eating sweets.I'll show you it's image.

It is a collection of verity of sweets.There were kaum ,kokis, sweet rings,aluwa etc.my most favourite sweet were kokis.
In the evening,I picked flowers for load Buddha.normally we worship load Buddha every morning and evening.

Today I prepared dinner. I like to make foods.but I don't have much time for it.

Today dinner was special.because it was made by me.🤗 I maked vegetable rice, egg devel, fried kankun leaves with tomato sauce. I love to prepare foods.
After my dinner time, I read a novel. It's a sinhala novel that name 'IRATTE' .It's love story.These days my hobby is reading novels.The time was 10 pm.time flys.Then I got ready to go bed.
Before sleep I thanked for mother universe for all things that happened to me today. I always trust mother universe. Because Mother Universe gives us everything we need to live.finally I went to sleep at 10.30 pm with sweet dreams.
