ႀကီးပါ​ေစ့ သူ႔အင္​ပလီက်ဳ။

*မမႈနဲ႔ ​မေတြးနဲ႔
​ေသြးရဲရဲ ​ေသြးက်ဲက်ဲ
ဆားငန္​​ေရ ငလ်င္​ထဲ
​ေတာ္​လည္​းသံ​ေတြနဲ႔ ​ေဝါကနဲ
ဆန္​​ေကာထဲက ဆီးျဖဴဖန္​ခါး အသာနား။

*အသံနက္​ႀကီးနဲ႔ အားကနဲ႔ မ​ေအာ္​နဲ႔
ဆား​ေပ်ာ္​ရည္​ အဆစ္​​ေသာက္​လိုက္​ရမယ္​
​ေျခလြတ္​ လက္​လြတ္​​ေျမာက္​ပါ
​ေျခပစ္​ လက္​ပစ္​ ျပဳတ္​က်
စိညက္​မြ​ေၾက။

*​ေထာက္​တည္​ရာ​ေျမကိုလည္​း မတမ္​းနဲ႔
​ေကာက္​႐ုိးမ်ွင္​ကိုလည္​း မစမ္​းနဲ႔
လိႈင္​းၾကမ္​းနဲ႔ ​ေရမ႐ွိရင္​
​ေလွဆိုတာ ထင္​းမ်ိဳး။ ။

THE WAVE & THE BOAT

*Tsunami of ups and downs:
How great its frequency!
How great its intensity!
How great its amplitude!

*But be in no mood of care;
Whether brave or not,
Everything's tossed
Hellishly off balance
By rumbling salt-quake.

*For all your sake, scream not
For fear of gulping down extra brine;
Bewilderedly thrown up,
Helplessly plunged down,
How horrendous a crash!

*Why expect land to stand on
And search for a straw to hold?
With no wild wave and water,
Boat is, yeah, but firewood.
