Don't forget about the water

Water.. the substance which we all need and would literally die for. In some parts of the world, water is everywhere and abound. On other parts, there is nearly no water for us.

The paradox about this is that the people who have more than enough water don't think nearly as much of water than the others. Now, the conclusion should be:

- more water → hydrated
- less water   → dehydrated             

But it isn't like this. I just can say what I experienced with people which I meet often. Everything else would be a retelling.

Many of them drink far less water than their body needs. It is just forgetting to drink enough. Worse, they often drink soft drinks only. The lack of water gives them wrong impulses. They think they are hungry. So they eat too much. The body absorbs the water from their meals.

The dehydration has many negative aspects to you.

You are in a bad mood:
In this mood, you can't be the best of yourself. You are not motivated and active. You begin to think about plans and what you want to achieve, but you just do nothing instead and hope it will change soon. Nope, not if you don't eliminate the root problem. So, drink water.

You are sleepy all the time:
Ok, no problem. So I can just drink one coffee after another one, and so on, and so on. Of course, this will stimulate you, but it's again the wrong way in the long term. Don't go against the symptoms, go against the root problem. So, drink water.

You look much older:
Because of the lack of water, your skin isn't hydrated well enough to maintain its beauty and will produce wrinkles, slowly but surely. It's never too late to improve the water levels in your skin to look healthier, younger and nice.

You get sick:
In a state where you are dehydrated the body can't work properly to ensure a perfect condition.
Maybe it takes some years, but be sure it will affect your health in a not positive way.

All in all, you become sluggish and this will become your character and your further life situations.

Be aware to not forget about the water.
