The positive impact of self discipline in business
I have been feeding my mind with various post of recent and I must confess, I am really impressed by what I have seen so far. I am not here to hype anything, we have to say the truth when we sees it. Project hope have really done justice to the chain. Like me, I don't like reading post, all I do is make my post, dump it and move away. Project hope have really helped to redesign my mentality, I now love reading through post and dropping comment. It is with the zeal to always read that makes me came across a post by @ireti. He titled the post self discipline is more required than motivation in business. I really love the topic and decide to jump on it.

For any body into business, we should know that self discipline has a major impact to play for that your business to quickly hit apex. When it comes to running a business, a lot of things comes to mind and surviving outside the business world is very difficult as your business will have to undergo different progress before it can get to that level you wanted. If your aim is to noture your business to a good height, then self discipline has to play it role.
Before I progress, permit me to define self discipline according to my own knowledge.
Self discipline can be defined as the act of setting up task for yourself and getting it achieved. Take for instance if I say that every 6Am I will be going out for road walk. Now, seeing that I keep up with the promise, that is what I called self discipline. In business if I say that some certain percentage of my profit will be re-invested back into my business and I always keep to that promise, it is simply self discipline.
I remembered how Mr Dra, the CEO of Dra wear told me how he applied the self discipline spirit and he end up seeing the impact in his business. He said in the year 2008, he started his clothing line business. Initially, the business was booming and in 2009, things changed and his business almost crumbled. During this period of challenges, he applied all strategies and things still remain same. While lamenting and thinking of how to get his business back on board, he attended a business seminar and the transformation started from here.
The speaker on that day spoke about self discipline and how it can impact positively to your business. When Mr Dra heard about this, he immediately meditate on the teaching and promised himself that he must apply this in his business. One thing that almost crumbled his business back then was that he was using the money from his business to flirt. He is that type of person that flirt a lot.

He got home and he immediately rushed down to his office. He picked up his pen and made a promise that he will never touch his capital despite any issue and also he will use 50% of his profit for his business. He can now use the balance 50% to keep up with life challenges and merriment. He immediately apply the self discipline strategy. While trying to get it achieved, during the first month of maintaining the self disciplined goal, challenges set in but he never let that weigh him down. He kept to his promise and in less than 6 months, the self discipline principles worked out for him and his business shoots to apex. You can see how self discipline help him get back on board.
I had another encounter with Mr Frank who told me that since the start of this year (2020), he promised himself that he will be saving $100 every month. He is into farming. He had lots of money but mismanagement almost crippled him. He started the self disciplined principles and every month he was able to save $100. This year is almost over, he has raised $1100.

Just take a look at the beauty of self discipline. You can see how impactful it is, as those who played to it got positive impact. You reading this post can as well turn your story around by applying self discipline and it will on the go work for you.

Self discipline is a highly necessary tool for anyone who is going into business, a CEO must be disciplined enough to know when to make appropriate decisions.

Those with greater self-control can make decisions more easily with which they feel satisfied. That's why self-discipline for entrepreneurs can be a very powerful key to professional success.

I cannot claim to have self discipline to a large extent but I try daily to improve on myself and become better at it, I understand the value of self discipline and how appropriate it is to become highly disciplined.

I confess, that in my case I like to read the publications related to my area of work, and therefore, I only made comments, or generated interactions with users that socialize content about botany and ecology. However, since I started to publish for PH I am more active and reading other variety of information has been an enriching experience so far.
In relation to your manuscript, without a doubt, the discipline in our styles of dealing with economic contexts is an advantage when it comes to seeing positive results. Thank you for sharing your positions, I liked the two examples attached to your publication.

Finally, I've managed to find some time to check out some of previously bookmarked publications. Interesting choice of topic buddy.
Art of self-discipline is not easy to develop. Most people are failing big time and are discouraged easily.
There is however one problem with self-discipline I see. Sometimes we want so badly to feel like we're dedicated and self-disciplined, that we're becoming blind to the fact that we're engaged in business/project which is simply not going to work out. We may end up wasting time by putting so much efforts into something, which is destined to fail.
Wouldn't you agree?
ps. glad PH managed to redesign your mindset to be more team-orientated and also content-consuming (in current days content creators are everywhere, content consumers are rare and valuable).
