As we all know that good health reduces alot things expecially spending.

On this article, i will talk alittle about some things we need to do when we woke up.

  1. Give thanks to God. Without him, we wont be talking of health. Pray and give him appreciation.

  2. Drink water: Drinking alot of water in the morning helps to rehydrate your body, kick out metabolism.

  3. exercise: get your self up and indulge in some road walk, it will surely help. It reduces heart disease, burn fat and improves life.

  4. Brush your teeth

  5. Have a light food

  6. Wear Good smile

  7. Set up your daily goal
