Shall I Say I Miss Painting?!
Good Day Steemians,
I had a long thought about my artistic journey today and I find it funny to say that I kinda miss the act of painting like I use to do as a student. Well, I truly miss painting with just pigments such as Acrylic, Pastel and Watercolor but then I can't deny the growth I've experienced so far and the compilation of experiments, I feel I'm in a good place and I'm open to more advancements and opportunities.
Would I go back to my painting like I use to? I'm not sure!
For me, I think there's more to me and for me in drawings maybe with few appearances of colours but it would definitely be more of drawings!

These are some of my paintings, some dates back to three, four years while some are just from last year but it already seem like long time ago.

It's also proof of skills if you can draw and paint in different styles.
One mood/feeling painted with different techniques/materials might be interesting to see next to another.
At times it is good to go back where we started and feel the same joy.
Is it growth if it all starts to look the same? So I do what I never liked — sketching and watercolour pencils 😡 and paint (I use the paint as if I use acrylic not sure if that will be changed).
