Accurate. This is because you didn't create it. It was "applied for". The ssn card even states "This card and number is the property of the SSA".

The freeman patriot spin on this case, along with rallying propaganda is so strong that many smart capable researchers are unwittingly being swept up in the craze....
They absolutely fucked with the interests of the us gov. Now the real kicker is, if they had actually laid a superior claim to the Strawman that was recognized (in rem decree), they would have been well within their rights to access those TDA funds and more.
Either way in the end, the exposure that there ARE TDA accounts is truly beneficial to all the asleep sheep.
The question I have is "What were their status?" Secondly, were they completely private because private people cannot operate in the public? Thirdly, did they have an "Express Trust" established? Grantor's Trust with exclusive equity. The trust belongs to real people not artificial constructs. In other words, real people are the beneficiaries.
It was their mother and father who established it without a will. Please correct me if I wrong.
