busy - The Issue With SMT

Been working on a platform for some time now, my aim is to reward my users for everything they will do on my site, which includes sharing others posts.

How can i benefit from the SMTs.
I dont want to do ICO i just want to have a token i can use to reward my users.
Hopefully they will be able to trade those tokens.
