Dear friends and all community moderators. The disagreement between the student's guardian and the teacher's board at the school will make the teaching and learning process not run smoothly. Even sometimes the fights got out of control because of the student's guardians who did not understand every rule in the school.

Some time ago at the school where I worked there was a dispute between fellow students during recess. Where all the teachers are taking a break in the teacher's office from tired of teaching.

And what's even worse is when a student who was involved in a dispute suddenly returned home to complain to his parents about his problems with other students. Because the old man had little understanding of the rules and stumbled on emotions, he went to school and shouted at students who were involved in a dispute with their child. While he did not convey a word to us the teacher council in the office.

Of course we don't just let it go. The next day, we, the teacher council and the principal called the two guardians of the students and the students who were in conflict, and we also involved the school committee in handling this problem, which in my opinion had gone too far.

During the interrogation process, there was a commotion between the two guardians who blamed and justified their children. They even ignored the advice of their homeroom teacher because they were too emotional and selfish.

Fortunately, the school committee and the principal gave understanding and discussed every school regulation so that no guardians of students who came to school judged other people's children.

After some time they attacked each other and became involved in internal conflicts. Finally, the two guardians of the students and the children involved in the dispute were successfully resolved.

The homeroom teacher and the principal and the school committee in this case make a written statement to the two children and their guardians so that all problems that occur in the school environment are to be handed over to the teachers and principals and that is the rule.

Times of counseling and moments of forgiveness

We then invited the two children to shake hands and apologize while promising not to do it again. Likewise, his parents also shook hands with each other with all the problems solved.
