Contest!!! Your views about support in the Engagement challenges

I so happy to participate in this wonderful contest by @cryptoloover, he's really doing well in this platform, most especially since he became a moderator in this community. I also love the theme of his contest, kudos sir.

How much votes do you receive from steemcurators in engagement contests on average?

Receiving votes from curators is a very nice experience and it motivates me to do more. I don't normally receive votes from steem curators all the time and am not happy with myself at all, the rate at which I receive votes from curators in just 55%.

I always try my possible best to get votes from them and also booming sometimes. I remember when my friends and I weren't receiving votes from steem curators and the worst person that was surprised was @saintkelvin17, he was wondering how all of us posts weren't getting votes at once but anyway is over, we have all improved.

Do you satisfied with the support that you get from team?

Who am I to say am not satisfied with the support I get from the team. You must create quality posts before you can get their support so if your post doesn't get support is your fault.

Since I joined steemit have received votes from steemcurator01 and am proud about it even if is just 2 times. There are some people that came here before me and they haven't received votes from steemcurator01 and 02 before. Am satisfied with the support I get from them.

What are some tips that newcomers can follow to get good support?

As a newbie you need to be very smart and ready to learn all you are capable to learn about steemit. These are few tips for them 👇

Creating quality posts : Always ensure that all your achievement posts and other posts like contest entry, are of good quality. A quality post has a very good starting point/Introduction. So make sure your first paragraph is worth saying.

Consistency : Always make sure you post at least one post everyday because it will make your steem power grow fast and you might even achieve steem power than those that joined the platform before you.

Vote : Vote everyday so that your voting CSI will never be low. Once curators sees that you have an excellent voting CSI, they will vote on your post. Remember "Treat others the way you want to be treated".

Open your mind Always make your mind free and open it for corrections because since you are new to steemit, you will get corrections and advice from older steemians.

I suggest that steemit makes it possible for steemians to get at least 5 steem from them each time they bring a steemian to this platform and this will make the number of steemians in steemit many.
