Pepper Ring and Onion Ring Burgers

Don't you just love this time of year with all the large fresh bell peppers? These bell pepper ring and onion ring burgers are easy and delicious and will be a hit at any party or barbecue. VIDEO RECIPE at the end of this post.

You can make these burgers any way you like. I stuffed mine with some blue cheese and topped with some slices of jalapeno, pepper jack cheese, caramelized onions and tomatoes. I put mayonnaise on the bun and some arugala on the bottom. YUM!

Pepper Ring and Onion Ring Burgers ~ Hamburger Cheeseburger Recipe Idea

INGREDIENTS:
1 pd. ground beef
1-2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. steak or beef seasonings
*Mix above ingredients

bell pepper rings
onion rings
blue cheese
pepper jack cheese
caramelized onions
arugala
mayo
salt and black pepper
burger rolls

SOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOOOOOD! Enjoy.
