This is about making calls to customer care for urgent help

When calling customer care, and if you really want to directly be connected to the human without repeatedly going through the automated advertisements and tutorials.
Press #repeatedly over and over.
This forces the system to connect to the available person to answer your call.
So go on. Have some fun. No more waiting for ages.
