National day selfie with my original beloved authentic Romanian blouse
Yesterday we celebrated 100 years since my country is celebrating the union of the 3 provinces that are now part of what we call Romania. So for me is that time of the year when I can wear the blouse named 'ie' with a bit more purpose than just a piece of cloth.
This blouse was a present from life long friends last year for my birthday. It is specific from the region I am born and is completely hand made. I loved the idea behind the gift, they tried to remind me about authenticity and connection. I felt awesome yesterday and part of it it was because of this gift of friendship. I love them with all my heart and they will stay in my memory as long as I have one.
