Metal Weekend: Memories from my uni
I am so happy to post in the new rock area of steemit initiated by @detlev and named #MetalWeekend. It used to be my life in Uni, all my long life friends where keen to rock music and the concerts where fire :)
I will start with one of my favourite ever ever play. I went 3 times to see them in concerts in Bucharest and danced all the songs with my all black boots and uniform back then. I still love it a lot, even my life is all pink and jazz.

Second one is my high-school favourite, my idol regarding beauty on a man (at least back then). I loved this band with all my being and I was devastated when Kurt decided to move to a different old that young. My first boyfriend, a long 8 years relationship was formed based on the passion for the same music :)

The last and not the least my favourite Romanian rock music, that is usually often on my favourite Black Sea side paradise called Vama Veche. Is about woman wizards that they seem to know all about life <3

Oh haha.. Take me back take me back. I remember Iron Maiden for sure. And Nevermind was a staple at Uni. Add in Def Leppard and Gun's and Roses and you have snapshot of the soundtrack to my college years.
Though I always had an eclectic taste myself having older brothers so I was probably the only 11 year old in my school who had even heard of Led Zeppelin let along know all the lyrics to the Stairway to Heaven by heart.
Great picks @teadora they immediately brought back some happy memories of a time when I was young, naive and impressionable but enjoying every new experience.
