The German Federal Office for Radioactive Protection has conducted a study and compiled a database with phones that emit more radioactivity.

According to them, the highest radioactivity phone is Xiaomi Mi A1. In fact, the list of radio telephones is dominated by Chinese brands like Xiaomi,OnePlus, Huawei and ZTE.
10 of the 16 highest radioactivity phones came from these manufacturers. Also on this list are Apple's popular phones such as iPhone 7, 8 and 7 Plus.
Although there is still no standard that determines the level of security associated with the radioactivity of the phones, a German certification company called "Blue Angel" safely estimates those phones with an absorption of 0.60 ft per kilogram.
All phones on this list have at least double that value.
