I truly like this quote because I seen how peoples fall victims to others opinions about them, for instant: telling someone that they're overweight repeatedly, or that they're ugly, or that they'll never make something out of they're life, the list can go on and on. Generally when individuals are constantly finding ways to brings other peoples self esteem down it's because they're lacking something within themselves. This generally starts from childhood which manifests throughout adulthood, it's so important to learn to love yourself, (your coat of armour) by doing so you will be able to move past the harsh words and stares, and remember to put God into your equation, it's by His strength, His love and wisdom that will guide us. No one said it will be easy, it will not, but we do not have to let other peoples opinions govern the way you see yourself, and the way you choose to live your life.
