Very much depends on oil
In one way or another, oil and its derivatives appear in any sphere of human’s activity.
Vehicles and road transport depend on oil products by 98%, as well as 9% of all electricity on the planet does. Moreover, 36% of all energy absorbed in the world relies on consumption of a "black gold". In other words, society depends on oil.
Today, there is a power balance, where the leading positions of oil exporters belong to OPEC and Russia, and the main consumers are the United States, Brazil and China.
However, analysts of Technotec Int. group of companies see the possible changes, with African countries appearing among the main oil exporters. Africa’s oil production rate has grown by 43% just in the last decade and will only increase in the future.
It is already known, that Western oil corporations intend to invest about $ 40 billion in the development of promising deposits of the Gulf of Guinea.
