Several hiring managers want to hire you right now. The problem is that you're not connected. You aren't aware of each other. However, you can find them using basic information and get your work done.

How the direct approach helps you to get a job?

The direct approach is the simplest method; this is a message you send to potential hiring managers, usually by some form of direct message.

A Basic Template

A great way to do it is by being connected on LinkedIn and sending a dm, and the most basic message is to say

Hi (Hiring Manager’s name)! I hope you're having a great day. I'm a lawyer, doctor, customer service rep, whatever you happen to be, and I specialize in this or solve these kinds of problems or anything else that you happen to do well. if you happen to be looking for someone with those abilities to join your team, let me know as I'm currently looking for a permanent position

I want to be in a position to help meet those challenges. I’m a (whatever your area, operations) professional with experience (growing business units or any other type of experience you have).
If you know of any opportunity or potential match or are open to discussing this further. Would you please let me know
