Salted cucumbers with vodka
Vodka will make cucumbers even more crispy and fragrant, while the vegetables will not be saturated with alcoholic taste.

Ingredients
- 3 dried bay leaves;
- 3 leaves of horseradish;
- 1 dill umbrella;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- cucumbers;
- water;
- 3 tablespoons of sugar;
- 2 tablespoons of salt;
- 100 ml of vodka.
Preparation
At the bottom of the canisters, lay the leaves of laurel and horseradish, dill and garlic. Thicken cucumbers. Dissolve in pure cold water sugar and salt and pour vegetables. Top with vodka.
Cover the jar with gauze or a lid with holes. Leave the jar in a dark place at room temperature for 3 days, regularly removing foam from it.
On the fourth day, pour the brine into a saucepan and bring to a boil. After 5 minutes, pour the cucumbers with boiling brine and roll up the jar. Turn over, wrap it with a blanket and wait until it cools completely.

If i'm going to do some super fancy hamburgers, this might be an option for the cucumbers. But not this year anymore. Too much work. =(
