Recipe for Banana and cinnamon flan without sugar.

Ingredients:

• 4 ripe bananas
• 250 milliliters of low-fat milk
• 3 eggs
• 1 tablespoon of sweetener without calories
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  
  

Preparation

1.) Mix all the ingredients in the blender.

2.) Refrigerate the mixture of sugar-free custard in a bowl so that the bubbles are lowered

3.) Pour the unsweetened flan mixture onto a greased pan and bake in the microwave for 10 minutes. Check the texture and bake 5 more minutes or until firm.

4.) Remove and cool the flan.

5.) Serve with red fruits.
