Ingredients:
- Wheat flour 2 cups
- Butter 150 g
- Cottage cheese 300 g
- Egg chicken 2 pieces
- Sugar 1 glass
- Vanillin 1,5 g
Preparation:
Grate the frozen oil on a large grater. Add 2 cups of flour, 0.5 cups of sugar, grind to crumb.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, add the cottage cheese, 0.5 cups of sugar and vanillin. Stir until smooth. The filling is ready.
In a baking dish, put in three layers: crumbs, curd filling, crumbs.
Put the oven in a preheated oven. Bake for 30 minutes.
