DNT Update: Will Smart Contracts Replace Centralization?

If you know about blockchain technology you may also be aware of a new feature in blockchain called 'smart contracts.' If blockchain is all about transparency and decentralization then smart contracts would be the mechanism that replaces a centralized governing body responsible for approving and scrutinizing contracts between third parties.

District 0x (DNT) is a new cryptocurrency which has plans to completely modernize decentralization and expand it to unlimited territories through the use of 'districts' independent networks operating in co-operation with the DNT blockchain. Districts will essentially be new services which are designed to be decentralized which will perform similar functions to their centralized counterparts. For these districts to work, the underlying technology (smart contracts) needs to be rock solid and perform the desired tasks without error.

Fortunately DNT is making good progress and their new partnership with Confideal will make success one step closer.

Smart contract creation platform Confideal announced today that they have entered into a cooperation agreement with district0x, the network of decentralized marketplaces and communities.

This brings a lot more hope and potential to the project. Bringing on a partner like Confideal solidifies what has only been speculation in that DNT will become the king of smart contract implementation.

The district0x Network is a collective of marketplaces and communities, which we refer to as districts. Districts exist as decentralized autonomous organizations on the district0x Network. All districts will be built upon a standard open-source framework, d0xINFRA. Modeled after the Ethlance stack, the d0xINFRA framework is comprised of Ethereum smart contracts and front-end libraries.

Marketplaces all operating in a decentralized manner. Districts which democratically make decisions relating to their services and implementations. Sounds like the future to me!

What do you guys think about DNT and this new partnership? Will the project gain more ground in the coming weeks as a result of this new development? Is District 0x ahead of the game when it comes to Web 3.0?

I do not think it will replace it..but i do think it will cause a disturbance

At its peak - DNT was one of the best performing ICO's. Amazing how strong the reversal has been.

another cryptocurrency ? omg... will they ever stop popping

smart contract is a disruptive feature.
