whatever you do don't buy HP products. .. .
. ... but, if you have no choice and your 'windows' based company forces you to have a new laptop and they have a 'contract' with the HP monolith then make sure it's this one that you get (if they allow linux get a system76) but yeah this one is pretty good, apart from it's HP so i give it a year before the drive dies, just saying.

Previously HP was always my choice because of the high configuration with a reasonable price. However, after a long time of using it tends to heat up faster than some other brands.
This product is less than 1kg, really light and probably the pretty HP product I have ever known.

i don't like HP but this one looks like a shift in their direction. as long as the parts are good batch of quality hardware then it might be a game changer for HP.
Agree! I honestly didn't like HP after 2 years of use, but it matched my income so I used 3 HP's laptops. :( hihi
