seeing as a lot of new users are heading the way of steemit at the moment i thought it might be a good idea to drop in my little introduction video from youtube about the mini course i put together over on skillshare.

i use skillshare to drip feed me a little bit of money every month to pay for my internet (no really, that’s what i use it for!) - my internet is roughly around £25 a month for unlimited 4g connection and the rest of the money goes towards fuel for the smart car and some bits of food. maybe a treat if i’m feeling in the mood. seriously, i’m not making that much from doing the little courses but i love to make them.

i’m hoping you get some value from the course, it’s not a full on mind meld about steam, if i’m totally honest i don’t know how all the things work and i’m really not that bothered about getting technical because i’ve never been one to need to fill my overactive brain with that kind of black hole thinking - trust me, that’s where i would go! :)

so grab your favourite beverage and spend less than thirty minutes in the course with me, i try and talk a little about the platform and how i see it, what writing seems to work well on here and get into the issues of mass adoption.

also, i share one of my favourite power tips using text expander on the mac so you can be up and running super fast using the markdown language (think html) when writing out posts. let’s get those footers super sweet and fast to add.

near the end i jump into potential futures about steam and crypto payments and get all shiny eyed and excited about the future i believe crypto and the general steem blockchain could potentially bring to us all as we continue this journey together. exciting times! :)
