It'd be encumbent on the person with the stilted experience of reality to recognize its impact on her emotions and reasoning―not the other way around.

It'd be encumbent on the person with the stilted experience of reality to recognize its impact on her emotions and reasoning―not the other way around.
True, but how easy is it to escape or recognise that experience of reality? That's why I see it as a pitfall of her activism, or chosen area of work. Perhaps, by being aware of it, others can help to guide them without lashing out in return. Or perhaps that's just wishful thinking on my part.
