The Acting Regent of Bireuen, Aulia Sofyan, PhD, took part in mutual cooperation with officials, TNI-Polri, employees, participants in the action led by Bireuenkut in collaboration with the Environment and Forestry Service (DLHK), cross-institutions and organizations. On the side of the road to the Ujong Blang tourist attraction, in Geulumpang Hamlet, Gampong (Village) Ujong Blang Meunasah Aron, Kuala District, Friday (14/6/2024) morning.
Acting Regent of Bireuen, Aulia Sofyan, PhD accompanied by Kejari Munawal Hadi, SH MH, Kadis DLHK Irwan, SP MSi, heads of SKPK, Head of Kota Juang District and Head of Kuala District at the location said. Mutual cooperation activities like this are very good for encouraging Keuchik (Village Heads) to clean each village.
The condition at this activity location is that the water channel is clogged with grass and plastic waste, requiring cooperation with the community to be able to clean the environment. Regarding the solution to deal with imported waste from the direction of Bireuen City piling up to Gampong Ujong Blang and Kuala Raja, it will be handled by DLHK, explained the Acting Regent.
Head of the Bireuen DLHK Department, Irwan, SP MSi, said that the aim of this activity was to maintain the cleanliness of the environment and at the same time to commemorate World Environment Day and also the Eid al-Adha holiday.
"We clean up the rubbish from Bireuen City which leads to Ujong Blang according to the direction of Mr. PJ Regent, and we also try to encourage mutual cooperation and the villages can carry it out in their respective villages so that we can maintain cleanliness together, and also share responsibility," he said .
The Clean Up Bireuen action was led by Bireuenkut, and we moved together with several faculties at Peusangan Islamic University (Umuslim), and several other communities, coming together to carry out this mutual cooperation.
"We urge that we always maintain this cleanliness together and that the cleaning can also be carried out by the Gampong Government together with the respective communities," he added.
The Head of the Bireuen Regency District Prosecutor's Office (Kejari), Munawal Hadi, SH MH, who participated in mutual cooperation, said that the Bireuen District Prosecutor's Office is also part of the Bireuen Regency community, and helps maintain cleanliness.
"Today we also invite all Kejari employees to participate in keeping Bireuen clean," he said.
