Cairn or rock art on the beach

Because of the cold and a few other things going on, I haven't been able to make it to the beach for a walk since well before Christmas, so this morning I needed a virtual beach visit so I found this shot I took last summer to edit and share.
I was walking along the Boardwalk near by Silver Sands State Park that morning and saw this rock Cairn I guess you would call it, built and had to walk over and get some shots of it.

What would you call this?

I know some call it a Cairn which I understand by definition is a mound of rough stones built as a memorial or landmark, typically on a hilltop or skyline.
I know people sometime build these cairns on hiking tracks and such where they are meant to mark a safe path or route, so I am not sure that strictly speaking i would call it a Cairn to me its more Rock Art.
Whatever its called who ever built this sure must have put a lot of time into it its a pretty impressive piece of beach art..
When I visited this same spot about a week later it was all gone probably washed over by a high tide.
