Exploring the Lothar Trail - Black Forest

We are back in the Black Forest and today we explore the Lotharpfad near the Black Forest High Road. Around 20 years ago, Hurricane Lothar destroyed a large area of woodland on Schliffkopf mountain that has now recovered without human interference. This 900 meter long adventure trail leads you over boardwalks and quite a few obstacles through this beautiful landscape to a viewing platform that offers an amazing view over the whole region.
