step 1 :

First I selected a blank page. Next I selected a brush option from the Brush Tools. First I drew two eyes. Then I drew some part of the nose.

After that, I drew big teeth in the inner part of the mouth. I made a little thin design in the inner part.

Then I drew two very big horns on the head. I took a thin slice of the wireless part.

After that I painted the whole face part by bit. I designed it with yellow color.
