step 1 :
First I selected a blank page. Next I selected a brush option from the Brush Tools. First I drew two eyes.
step 2 :
After that, I applied a small amount of cream on the nose area and the top of the head.
step 3 :
After that I made some more designs on the lower part and upper part of the nose.
step 4 :
Then I drew a design around the face and made a sep.
step 5 :
Then I painted the inner part with tea color. I painted the lower part with a light color.
step 6 :
Then I painted the upper part with pink color.
step 7 :
After that I painted the background with a nice color combination.
step 8 :
