step 1 :
First I painted the inner part of the eye with black paint.
step 2 :
After that, I made a little design with sky color in the lower part of the eyes.
step 3 :
After that, with a little dark color, I drew the lower part of the eye and the upper part of the tie.
step 4 :
After that, I designed a little bit in the inner part of the eye.
step 5 :
Then I drew the petals under the eyes.
step 6 :
Then I drew a little design of the bird on the upper part of the eye.
step 7 :
