step 1 :
First I selected a blank page. Next I selected a brush option from the Brush Tools. First I drew the two eyes and some parts of the nails.
step 2 :
After that, I drew some designs in the mouth.
step 3 :
Next, I drew some big teeth for the mouth. I drew a little design with him.
step 4 :
Then I designed and painted the upper parts of the head bit by bit.
step 5 :
Then I painted the upper part of the head with two colors.
step 6 :
I then painted the lower part of the face with pink and light pink.

Next I tried to make the background a little more interesting.
