step 1 :

First I selected a blank page. Next I selected a brush option from the Brush Tools. First I drew some color balloons.

After that, I drew a few more balloons. I drew balloons around.

All my Tron fan club friends. You know I like to do art. I like to highlight any art easily. My art concept today is very simple. I always want my blockchain to work with this art concept. That's why I always want to keep my work here. My concept today is a HAPPY NEW YEAR 2023 NFT Championship card art. I fixed it with a lot of thought. Today I made a very beautiful Happy New Year art. Tried to decorate with many balloons here. I designed the whole part with balloons. I wrote Happy New Year inside the stage of the balloon. I gave two beautiful emojis in the upper part.
