Ghost Ship Starring Gene Kelly?
Do I live in Florida or am I in Seattle or London?
He in the "Sunshine" State, we have seen rain, rain, and more rain. I will admit this has turned taking pictures while walking into a major pain in the hind end.
Now that my whining like a 6 year old girl with an ear infection is over, onto today's truly sensational post.
The beach has an eerie tone of late. We have an Atlantic Ocean that is angry. Our sky is grim and mean looking. Basically, the weather took on the personality of @lyndsaybowes when you dont post (or her kids dont do their homework).
I dont think the state travel agency will want these pics to go into the advertising brochure.
As I was singing in the rain on my walk, I came upon this site........
@lyndsaybowes had a post yesterday where she took her son for a walk in a graveyard (I know I know...what can I tell you, she is Canadian...they are known for doing strange things)....if you didnt read it and give it an upvote, here it is:

When you think about it, who was on this? Where did they go? Are they being penetrated by aliens as we speak (in a medical manner you perverts)? So many questions....
At least they brought a gas can along...that might help...
Of course, they arent going anywhere with this....
So how long did this float out in the ocean? Looking at the damage, it was a while. What happened to the passengers? Did they fall over board? This truly became a ghost ship.
Have no fear. This did float out there for a while. It is a couple weeks since Hurricane Irma went through. This boat is from the Keys. There was a keys sticker on it. Just to let you know, I am a 5 hour ride from Key West so this boat drifted a great distance.
We read about these things and see them in the movies yet rarely get to experience it in real life. Well, here are the photos...this boat was launched by the hurricane and floated at the sea's mercy for 300+ miles.

It's bad that the boat is damaged, but it's good that there are no thieves to take it.
At this point, nobody would want it....this is destined for the scrap heap.

You know I could never grow tired of looking at beaches, and the ocean, I love those angry looking waves, and that boat was the real icing on the cake. GREAT shots of all!!
