Spille Dink - Poem of the Day

it is always a relief to remind myself that most of the things that i worry about, are silly.

my mind likes to wander to future places of uncertainty and i really just have to stop and laugh because obsessing over things that haven't happened yet, will not bring me any peace.

focusing my energy on what is going on, right here in the now, is what should keep me going.

so i shoo away silly thoughts of the scary future and go back to appreciating the real life that i have right in front of me.
